Genuine duty of care

Employers have a duty of care for employee wellbeing — and that wellbeing extends beyond the office. An employee who knows their affairs are in order, their wishes will be carried out, and their family won't be left in chaos is a less anxious, more present employee. Exit Plan Legacy gives your people that peace of mind.

📈

Peace of mind at work

Financial anxiety and worry about what will happen to family after death is one of the most common sources of background stress for working adults — particularly those over 50. An employee who has completed their Exit Plan vault is no longer carrying that weight. That peace of mind has a direct impact on focus, engagement and wellbeing at work.

🏆

Retention & differentiation

Most employers offer gym memberships and cycle to work schemes. Very few offer something that genuinely protects an employee's family. Exit Plan Legacy is a standout benefit that communicates real care — the kind that employees talk about and that keeps people loyal for the long term.

Frequently asked questions

Do we see any of our employees' personal data?
No — never. Every employee's vault is entirely private and encrypted. Exit Plan Legacy only confirms that an employee has an active account. The content of their vault — their wishes, financial details, personal messages — is never shared with their employer under any circumstances.
What happens if an employee leaves the company?
Their vault stays with them. The employee simply takes over the subscription themselves — they've already built their plan, so there is no disruption. This is an important point: Exit Plan Legacy is genuinely valuable to employees even after they leave your organisation, which makes uptake rates significantly higher than typical benefits.
Can we offer different plans to different employee groups?
Yes. Many employers choose to offer the Individual plan to all employees as a standard benefit, with the option for employees to upgrade to Individual Managed or Couples Managed at a group-negotiated rate. We can structure this however works best for your organisation and budget.
Is there a minimum number of employees?
We work with organisations of all sizes. For smaller teams of under 25 employees we offer a simple flat-rate arrangement. For larger organisations we build a fully bespoke commercial structure. There is no minimum — if you care about your team's wellbeing, we want to work with you.
Is this a taxable benefit in kind?
We recommend employers seek advice from their accountant or payroll provider on the benefit in kind position, as this will depend on the specific commercial arrangement agreed. We are happy to provide documentation to support this process.
